As I specialize in yin (deep stretch) yoga, most of my classes are formatted for that. I incorporate some sound into every class, although some classes will be sound-free, and others will be classic sound-included, and others will have sound be a constant soothing presence in the class. Please note that the links below lead you to virtual sessions. My sessions will mostly be led virtually at this time but I will do in-person events. If you are looking for small group events in-person, please email me at info@vibrationswithgigi.com with your group size (number of participants), preferred location, and we will go from there.
Offerings

The relaxing class (beginner-friendly)
This class is suitable for anyone who's looking to get into yoga and who wants to have some sound healing included. This class will stretch you without straining you. Classes range from 10 mins to 20 mins.

The class for seniors (accessible)
This class is accessible to anyone, including seniors. Poses will be stretch-focused, but will be mindful of mobility limitations or restrictions. With a stretch, this class includes meditation. This class will be 30 mins.

The class for athletes (extra stretch)
This class is for anyone who runs, hikes, climbs, lifts, or just generally is very much active! This class will feature extra long poses and will be very stretch-focused. Classes range from 15 mins to 30 mins.

The meditative soundbath
This class will feature sound healing for the entirety of the class. This is a sound healing meditation that will include restorative breathwork to calm your nervous system. Classes range from 15 mins to 20 mins.
